These terms
These terms cover your use of athira.io, the website of Athira (“Athira”, “we”, “us”). Athira's products, including Corporate Learning and Avatar Infrastructure, are sold under a separate agreement. If you use a product, that agreement applies to it, and it wins over these terms if the two disagree.
Using the site
You may use the site to learn about Athira, contact us, book a demo, subscribe to our newsletter and apply for roles. Please do not:
- break the law or anyone else's rights while using it;
- try to get into parts of the site or our systems you are not meant to reach, or disrupt them;
- scrape the site in bulk, or send automated or spam submissions through its forms;
- submit information about someone else without their permission.
The avatar on this site
The avatar you can talk to on this site is an AI, not a person. It answers from information we have given it, but it can still be wrong. Do not rely on what it says for legal, medical, financial or other professional decisions, and check anything important with our team.
What you send us
You keep ownership of anything you send us, such as training material attached to a demo request or a CV. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for, as described in our privacy notice. Only send material you have the right to share.
Our content
The site's text, images, videos, avatars, logos and code belong to Athira or the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share pages from the site, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content for other purposes without our written permission.
Links to other sites
The site links to services we do not run, such as Calendly and LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
No guarantees
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available, error free, or that its information is complete or up to date. Product descriptions on the site are not a contract; what a product includes is set out in its agreement.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, Athira is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data or business, that comes from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
